The tyrian Luxor/Kurzick quests...
For those of you who like me finished but never collected the rewards for the Luxon/Kurzick quests outside Lions Arch before the npc's there disappeared... they've reappeared again.

Anet said these NPC were in Kryta but I never find them after they annouced. Well, its a good thing you find them thought

I wish they'd redo the "Establish Luxon/Kurzick Settlement" quests - my warrior never got to finish them...grrr...

Oh that's just great, I've already abbadoned those quest cus I thought I wouldn't be able to get the reward for them. Dammit!
